Consumers can book their appointment themselves via the website of the service provider and they will receive automated confirmations and reminders of each appointment. This saves time, reduces disruptions via the phone and prevents no-shows. Libersy offers an extensive appointment management tool that includes CRM and also integrates with many sector specific software solutions. Libersy is available directly and through a network of partners.
KPN will leverage its marketing and sales channels to target SME with Libersy's products. These channels include kpn.com, kpn wholesale and a network of 1200 value added resellers.
